Hormozi categorizes the way we trade value into six distinct tiers, ranked from the most common to the most profitable.
- Level 1: I Work Then You Pay: This is the standard W2 employment model. It offers high reliability but the lowest upside. You trade your risk for a steady paycheck (00:59).
