The Three Levels of AI Mastery

Igor Pogany explains that there are three distinct ways to use AI in your business. Understanding which level you are on can help you improve your workflow.

  • Level 1 is the Basic Assistant. At this stage, most people use AI like a faster version of Google. They use it to look up facts or help draft simple emails. While this is helpful for saving time, it does not give you a major advantage over everyone else.
  • Level 2 is the Thought Partner. This is the most important stage for creators today. At this level, you feed the AI your own past videos or articles. The AI then learns your specific vocabulary and your way of explaining things. This allows the tool to give you ideas that actually sound like you instead of a robot.
  • Level 3 is the Personal Agent. This is the final stage where the AI can perform tasks on its own while you focus on other things. It can monitor your community or analyze large amounts of data to find trends. It acts like a highly trained member of your team that understands your brand perfectly.

The Shift Toward Agentic Content Creation

The interview also touches on how the role of a creator is shifting from being a writer to being a director. This change allows you to produce more high quality work in less time than ever before.

  • Authenticity is the new currency. As more generic content fills the internet, your personal stories and unique opinions become more valuable to your audience.
  • The speed of response matters. Using AI to quickly summarize news or trending topics allows you to be the first to post a reaction, which is a major factor in driving traffic to your site.
