Whether you’re a content creator, influencer, or social media manager, Claude is not just a chatbot. It is an executor that can handle your systems, your schedule, and your planning. Here is how you can enter your Claude era.

Step 1: Set Up The Right Account
First, you need to get access. I recommend the Pro version. The free version restricts you from accessing the most powerful models like Opus and Sonnet. If you want to actually automate your business, the twenty dollar monthly investment is well worth the leverage you gain.
Step 2: Sync Your Digital Office
Once you’re in, you need to connect your ecosystem. Go to settings and click connect your apps. Sync your Google Calendar, Notion, and Canva. This is where the magic happens. By connecting these tools, you’re giving Claude the ability to see and edit your actual workflow rather than just chatting about ideas.
Important: Before you start, go to your privacy settings and turn off the option to help improve Claude. This keeps your data private and ensures your business information isn’t being used to train the model further.
Step 3: Create Context With Projects
This is the most underrated feature. You shouldn’t just open a random chat for every task. Instead, use the Projects feature. Create a project for your brand. In that project, upload your business plan, your media kit, and your content strategy.
When you create a chat inside that project, Claude already has all the context it needs about who you are and what you’re trying to achieve. It stops being a generic assistant and starts acting like a specialized team member who knows your brand voice.
Step 4: Use Claude To Build Your Routine
You don’t need to be a programmer to use this. Start by asking Claude to handle the tasks that drain your energy.
Content Calendars: Instead of manually building out your schedule in Notion, ask Claude to do it. Provide your random list of ideas and ask it to populate your Notion database. You can even ask it to assign tasks to specific team members.
Google Calendar Planning: If you feel overwhelmed, dump your stress into a chat. Tell it your goals for the week, your appointments, and your need for mental health breaks. Ask it to build a calendar that accounts for your batching days and strategic work. It will build the structure for you, taking the admin work off your plate.
